Residents of the modular accelerated town will not receive the only housing, but also an environment of like-minded people with a common cause.
EDUCATION AND THE co-workers
We conduct consistent and practical training of the town inhabitants.During the training, the settlers form an effective working team and create a productivity cooperative.
INDEPENDENT ECONOMIC UNIT OF THE FUTURE
The cooperative, as an independent socioeconomic unit, creates attractive conditions for investments into the perspective agribusiness.
MAIN PROJECT TASKS:
1. Provide home for people who had lost it
Modular houses arranged in different areas depending on the needs, are fully adapted for yearly living.
2. Conduct an accelerator to train settlers to create a cooperative agricultural enterprise
The format of the business accelerator includes:
● trainings on individual choice, team work, mission formation, business plan drafting and attracting investments;
● consultation meetings with coach-trainers, practitioners and business psychologists;
● strategic sessions and forecasts of business project modeling, implementation of practical tasks;
● pitching with potential investors.
